At Community Reciprocity Development, a 501(c)(3) organization, our mission is clear: to empower our communities and help justice-impacted individuals create the futures they deserve. We are dedicated to this mission, offering programs that emphasize and foster community success through education, training, mentorship, apprenticeships and mental well-being.

Community Reciprocity Development focuses on creation of partnerships and reciprocal relationships in which civic responsibility, respect, and cooperation can flourish. Our programs are designed around this mission. Through initiatives like Breaking Barriers, the Phoenix Project (I AM)," My Voice (Public Speaking Program), Middle School (Dual Enrollment Foundation), and Balancing Inner Peace (Health Program), we provide comprehensive support to nurture the talents, skills, and resilience of young individuals. With a focus on holistic development, we offer a diverse range of programs tailored to inspire personal growth, enhance communication skills, promote academic success, and foster inner well-being.
