These members were chosen to serve on the Community Reciprocity Development Board because they are experienced at deliberating thoughtfully, skilled at making and explaining decisions and familiar with the state's at risk youth landscape.
Special consideration was given to women who have demonstrated a history of working with youth and/or other community members on difficult problems towards a common goal.
